Bandwidth overage settles monthly; you can take a fixed committed rate or 95th-percentile billing, agreed before you order — 95th requires a deposit. No remote-hands time is included in the monthly fee. Annual billing charges 11 months for 12. Prices are in US dollars; SGD billing is at the live exchange rate. Prices exclude and include Singapore tax.

Site access is by named list. Escort and unescorted rules, ID requirements and booking notice differ per facility.
Colocation questions
Can I ship hardware to the facility instead of delivering it?
Yes. Send it to [shipping address per site]. We accept deliveries [hours] and store them for [N] days free.
What happens if I need more power than the rack allows?
Additional circuits are available at [price per circuit] where the site has capacity. We will confirm headroom before you commit.
Do you offer a monthly term, or is colocation annual only?
Both. Monthly and annual are available on every configuration; annual bills 11 months for 12.
Can I mix colocation with dedicated servers or VPS?
