Most support tickets that end badly start with an assumption from this list. So it is on the website, not buried in the contract.
- We do not back up your data. No snapshots, no copies, nothing. Back it up yourself, somewhere else.
- We do not administer your operating system or your applications. There are no managed tiers.
- We do not sell you software licences. Windows, control panels, anything else — you buy them.
- DDoS mitigation is not bundled into the machine price. It is bought separately.
- We do not build data centres. Equinix does that; we are their customer, in the same room as yours.
